The ION app is exclusively designed for our subscribers and is compatible with iOS 7 and later versions. It offers several key functions tailored for active users:

• Renew Broadband Account: Subscribers can renew their broadband service by selecting the "Renew Now" button on the home screen. Payment options include credit/debit cards, net banking, or the option to request a payment pickup by the collection team for cash or cheque payments.
• Upgrade Existing Broadband Package: Subscribers may upgrade their current broadband plan by clicking the "Upgrade Package" button. Available options include:
• • Next Renewal: The upgrade will be scheduled for the subsequent renewal date when the current plan expires.
  • Immediate: The upgrade takes effect immediately with no change to the billed amount.
  • Conversion: The upgrade is applied immediately, with an adjustment calculated on a pro-rata basis based on previous payments.
• Put in a Payment Pickup Request: Subscribers can generate a pickup request for payments, selecting a preferred date and time. This information is communicated to the collection team for prompt processing.
• Register a Complaint: Users can lodge complaints directly through the app for any service-related issues.
• Receive Notifications: All alerts concerning renewal reminders, payment pickup status, complaint progress, and value-added services will be centralized under the notifications tab within the app.
